Return / Cancellation Policy(Benlook)

 

Benlook will allow return/exchange of products in ONLY following cases:

 

Wrong order (wrong product related issues)

Defective product

Damaged product(reported within 24hours of delivery via mail to  support@benlook.com along with the image of the damaged product and packaging pictures.)

Product different from the description

 

But we are not able to accept returns in following cases:

 

If Customer Does not like the product.

Product is used/worn or altered

Physical damage to the box or to the product

If returned without original packaging and accessories

If sealed package of products is open

 

In case of Return/Replacement, following conditions should satisfy:

 

Product must be in its original condition

Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted

The complaint should be raised within 3 days after receiving the product.

Refund for Returned will be Processed within 48 hours after the product is received,checked and approved by us and will be reflected within 10 working days .

Replacements will be made if product is available on website or else we’ll refund the amount.

Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.

 

Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

 

In case you want to cancel your order, you need to call at our help line number or email at Machinery support@benlook.com at any point of time before product is shipped or 4 hours after placing the order, which ever is earlier. If the order is shipped the order can not be cancelled, it will be RTOed.

 

Refund for the cancelled order will be processed within 24hours and will be reflected within 10 working days.

 

Benlook may also want to cancel order under following scenarios:

 

Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock

Non-serviceable locations

Restriction on quantity ordered

Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

Incomplete or inaccurate address

 

In case, customer opted for COD options, then before accepting order we require additional information from customer for verification. After verification, benlook can cancel order if there is any discrepancy in the information provided by customer.

 

In Any Cancellation of product ,Payment will be returned to the customer within 7 business days. A fee of 2 Percent of the paid amount will deducted and then returned as it is the amount charged by our Payment partners.

 

 

 

In Any Cancellation of product with 10 Percent Advance Paid and 90 Percent COD:

 

If the product has not been shipped

Payment will be returned to the customer within 7 business days. A fee of 2 Percent of the paid amount will deducted and then returned as it is the amount charged by our Payment partners.

 

 If the Product has already been shipped or pickup is booked.

Payment of 10 Percent Recieved will not be refunded , as we have already paid for the transportation charges of the goods.

 

If the Product is not accepted at the time of delivery.

Payment of 10 Percent Recieved will not be refunded , as we have already paid for the transportation charges of the goods.
